sir,
I have been using the caller id facility available by default to your telephone users mainly to avoid the incoming malicious anonymous calls especially those originating from the members of the spy net works of the government, variously described as “intelligence” / “security” agencies and such.
The result is that now a days the caller id facility of my home telephone 2802028 is being suppressed / tampered with, at will. I can provide graphic evidence for the same if need be.
I would request of you to ensure that the caller id facility of my home telephone is not interfered with in any way.

the bsnl officer of the pg cell told me that the cid disappearing and even the telephone refusing to be cut off even after i have replaced the handset are due to the problem with the instrument.
it was then that i brought up the incident of the statement of mental illness "harbouring" me brought up by the brilliant prof. dr. sujathan former principal of thiruvananthapuram medical college way back in 2003 and suggested that he could even now cook up another similar enquiry report, and may be get rid of me for good.

below you can find the details of my broadband usage
the connection is being disrupted repeatedly and at will.
this happens especially after i have logged on to my accounts
on the various web sites like picasa for example.
now the usage for the same period
as seen at the selfcare site on

in the usage details all that is available on 20110828 was what is shown above. the earlier records have all disappeared.
the sde of the nib in tvm tells me that they do not edit it.
then how come the other records have disappeared ?
the gentleman says they are not resposible for what is seen on my computer even when it happens to be a page that i have accessed from their site after i had logged in with a secure username and password. it could be that there is a problem with my computer.
or it could be that i do not know how to use the computer - i suggested.
incidentally i was told by another officer of the bsnl when they tried to check up about this on 20110908 that NO details of the usage for august
was available with the site !
