I am trying to log on to the net and if I succeed ( I have not tried the day time hours ) I expect to find all my web pages still open,

          the adsl light is coming and going !

 So i just now  10/01/13 09:29:04 AM GMT, had a telephonic conversation with 12678 the help line of bsnl.  i just to wanted to ask politely when all i am allowed to access the net with the type of combo 250 plan i have. - the adsl light was not getting switched on. 

                       the gentleman at 12678 said it is because of line problem.

      I said it is not that;   
       the adsl link was being switched off from the exchange.

He agreed that it can be switched off from the exchange 
but it is not supposed to be done; it is wrong to do so.
and assured me that  the problem cannot be that.

i told him that it is one hundred percent possible that the adsl link  was being switched off  and hung up. i did not want to enter into an argument.

                        it could be that this person has not come across my biodata and is not aware of my situation 
             but even if he knew he cannot tell.

09:33:50 AM the adsl has lit up and is remaining so. 
If what 12678 said said is right the line fault has rectified on its own! All sorts of things do happen here.

So I will try to get on to the net just for the heck of it;

well i did get on to the net.

What the gentleman at 12678, that is the help line for adsl of bsnl, said is very right - the adsl link is not supposed to be switched off.

But what i said is also right - it is being switched on and off at will  that is in my case

the problem deserves a bit of clarification.

under normal circumstances  the adsl link  is not supposed to be switched off. that is for normal people.

but  cheriyathe jyothi's connection is different - that is using an IBileez terminology. inn his case  a demented imbecile is using the net and the imbecile has to be kept under supervision - that is where the IBileez comes in.

when the supervisory staff  are busy otherwise and have to attend to more serious matters concerning the security of the nation they obviously have no other alternative tnan switch off the adsl link;

how can you blame them fro that ?

are you getting the point ?

PS. it is 10:22:11 AM and the adsl did not blink even once during all this time; So what do you say now ?

the telephone man was here some time back – there was a complaint registered and he was here to look up.

well; it was not my doing and I told him so – I never booked a complaint even when the wire had rusted and come of on the road outside – I did a bit of repairing myself. He examined the instrument and found all was fine and went back.

Then it occurred to me – this particular complaint was dated 20131001, the day on which I told the 12678 about the adsl link problem. It could be that they have registered a complaint with the exchange !

The problems is that the regulations require the line staff to clear the fault in three days and today was the third day.

As I said in the blog of that day the connection was restored within minutes – here in this place even telephone cables are very intelligent and they can recognize it is the connection going to cheriyathe jyothi's residence !

It is not that every thing is alright. This system, and all other systems I have with me ( I have a desk top where I watach the Ku band free cable TV – it is a win XP and I have not authenticated it; but I have found out a way of stopping the authentication software kicking in and stopping further use after the grace period. It us a licensed software for which I have paid but the the problem is that the system will not last long and will crash within no time and then I will have to reauthenticate it.)

Today in the after noon I had logged on and was idling and once i started accessing the wiki site the adsl went off and I pulled out the power plug.

Even now my system is being taken over. When the adsl line is cut off in all other computers connected this way to the net the dialer should kick in and ask for reconnection; but here in my system it does not happen.

12:42:25 PM The adsl light has started playing foul again and the light is off right at the moment. ( I am keeping the modem switched on with the adsl cable plugged in but I have not connected the LAN and am letting the “intellectual” have a nice time pulling and pushing.

12:47:55 PM Now it has stabilised again. Let us see how long it is going to last

01:01:21 PM the mains power is gone and that is another way of stopping me from working on my system. Probably the tampering with the adsl cannot go on longer and it is burning bright now. So you shift to the powersupply.

I switch back to the net book screen and shut down the lcd monitor so that the modem will only be the thing that uses battery power.

And I am trying to log in now

01:20:29 PM i am still on batteries and the modem is holding on. the problems is that the screen is just nine inches and with the emergency light and my failing vision i am finding it diffiecut to continue .

, I was trying to put some matter on the net and I could do it till some time in the evening. Then as I was at a webpage after logging in to my account with blogger I saw that the adsl has been cut off. So I disconnected manually and started on something else.

There was some freedom in using the net from the mid of this month to today; but the pimp is at it again with all the gimmicks

I started using the reliance modem and did most of my work that way – I had plans to upload a few pictures which I did not do. Well later on as I was busy with my work on the web page the adsl light was on and the error message started coming up again as I was trying to save my work on my blog. It could be that as I am doing my work with the reliance wireless the Indian pimp is using the adsl to tamper.

     THE PIMP PULLS THE PLUG

it is past midnight over here – there is some bit of confusion about the time; about that later.

I was dozing off till after midnight and got up an hour or so back and had my rice gruel and pulses – poocha madam came in and had the same stuff as I had; she must have been starving for otherwise she would not have eaten the stuff - the trick is to put some oil.

After that I switched on the modem of the adsl connection that I am supposed to be having. Interestingly now a days the adsl light is not playing that hide and seek game – it has been steadily glowing ever since it came on the first time – I am keeping a watch on it to see if the hide and seek factor has come back; NOT yet.

And it is the same system, the same modem, the same telephone line and the same exchange and the same isp – then how come the problem with the adsl has disappeared for so long ?

What exactly is it ? Is there a change of guard ?

Most unlikely; it could just be a change of tactics.

All is not well and here is why :-

I am using a template for my blogs and it has a date and time stamp that the system inserts. I opened the template and interestingly the time stamp was one hour ahead of the actual time in GMT - my puter as well as my wall clock has the time in GMT and that is by way of becoming a universal citizen for a beginning.

The time on my clock was 07.30 pm gmt while what was inserted by the system on the template was 08.30 pm gmt!

Could be that the template had the time in the document is manually entered. So I tried deleting it and the whole time got deleted en block, typical of a system inserted time.

I tried re-inserting again and it again came up with the time 8.31 pm.

So I opened date and time adjustment facility of my puter; there the time was exactly one hour behind past seven thirty, the same as the one on my clock.

I usually do not check the option for the daylight saving time. All the same I checked up and reassured myself.

So I tried ticking the option and the time on my system turned to past 08.30pm same as the one shown on the document template.

Then I took off the check and this time it came as past seven thirty pm. So that was the problem.

Now I tried inserting the time again on the document template and it inserted the time past 7.30 !

Any idea how come the system was inserting a time an hour ahead of the time on the system that I am using ?

Becauge, the system that is in control of the document, that is the pimp's system has opted for the daylight saving time option.

So all is not well.

Does it matter ? Well, it does.

But there are positive aspects to it – I can convey my messages to the hiding opposite party in whichever language I please; punjabi/hindi/tamil/malayalam and even angrezi - and all that they can do about is sweet eff all.

Also I am going to make as much hay as possible while it lasts; for the first time since I got the bsnl bullock cart of nedumangad installed here I was able to down load a few 12 mb files this month. That is a real something – some four podcasts from the bbc.

incidentally I tried copying it on to a cd this evening the basic idea is that once on the cd I can play it on my vcd player which does not have a usb slot and listen to it as I do my cooking without switching on the computer and all that happened was I got another of my blank cds damaged.

None of the cd writing softwares work on my puter and so I had been using the windows cd writer facility of the win XP and till recently it was working. I am afraid that has also been compromised since, as per technical advice received from the “white” spies.

, I have got my “broad band” internet connection from the Thiruvananthapuram telecom of bsnl yesterday I tried to log on but I could not – the adsl has been delinked. The reason is that I have not even made an effort to access the net for the whole of last month. But that does not mean they can delink the adsl from my phone line for I am paying for it. But out here it is a jungle and any body can do anything and get away with it – your complaining is futile.

I desperately wanted to put on the net a new blog on my sitRep. So I tried my reliance wireless modem which is extremely expensive when one takes into account the data one is able to transfer. First time I tried I was using the default internet explorer on my net book oem. And it went on refusing page after page. So I disconnected the wireless net got a copy of an old version of firefox started again and this time was able to upload the text file.

I have the bsnl “broadband” plan changed to 250 – that way I have to pay the company Rs.250/- only per month and once the 20% deduction to govt pensioners is added it will come to Rs.200/- per month. And it is immaterial the plan I chose; even if I pay Rs.1000/- there is not going to make any difference – the pimp sitting at the proxy server will decide as to what all I can do on the net and when.

The whole of last night there was no power supply and I still manged to hold on till four am with my netbook battery and the emergency lamp. Incidentally the previous night also there was no power .

Today in the evening I rang up the help number of NIB and found out that the account is still active – it has not been deactivated for “paying the bill” as was the case with the telephone services.

I switched on the modem and found that it was getting lit up – the pimp is back in position. After a bit of see saw struggle I logged on and this time the adsl remained steady for some time. In deed I was allowed to download an update file for my version of firefox – it is just 9mb file but even that is a tremendous achievement for the Bsnl bullockBand that I am putting up with.

Later I tried accessing the manorama daily to look up the news and soon I saw that the adsl light is gone – the pimp is at it again! So I switched off the modem. And that was the end of the internet usage for the day and may be for the month and even for ever!

20130829: services on 0472 2802028 stopped 

DUE TO “PAYMENT” OF BILL

On august 29, 2013 at around noon when I dialed a number in thiruvananthapuram from my home telephone 472-2802028 of thruvananthapuram telecom the response was an automated voice message that the services on my telephone has been stopped due to nonpayment of bill – I was asked to contact the accounts branch.

I rang up 1501 ( from the very same telephone – 1501 is a toll free number! and I did not have to go out to make a call or go to trivandrum as was expected by the IBileez in order to find out what is the matter). I was told that the only unpaid bill in my name was due on august 30 only ( I am an ECS customer ) and that their system shows that the services to my telephone has not been stopped. ( This person obviously was not aware of my reputation and was very nice to me! )

When I tried my telephone again after this the services stopped message was no more forthcoming and I was allowed to make calls. ( Now that the IBileez was out of the naquab there was no point holding on. )

I called up 12728 and mentioned the matter; the typical very curt reply of the pg cell of thiruvananthapuram telecom I got was that “the problem was due to cross talk”. 

I am not an expert on this matter; all the same as far as my information goes what I was getting was a system generated message and the above explanation from the telecommunication engineer that it was due to cross talk sounds ridiculous to me – please forgive my impertinence - who am I to contradict the brilliant engineer of the thiruvananthapuram telecom!

MY CONCLUSION 

my conclusion is that the above incident was ( and the innumerable number of similar wonky incidents in the past were ) the handiwork of oversized juvenile delinquents operating from within the thiruvananthapuram telecom setup and, these delinquents happen to have administrative rights over the computer system of the telecom. 

It is interesting to note that this particular oversized juvenile delinquent obviously was not aware of the fact that even when the services are stopped on the pretext of nonpayment of bill one can receive calls ( initially at least ), is allowed to call toll free numbers, was ignorant of the existence of 1501 and was expecting me to rush to trivandrum to settle the matter. I would not be surprised if a couple of plainclothes thugs have already been dispatched to the bsnl customer service center in an effort to manhandle me when I arrive there on the pretext of me disturbing the peace of the area.

By the way the previous Sunday in the state public library there were outsiders sitting with the library staff who obviously had never been inside a library. Incidentally that day before I left I had told the local “feeler” that I was going to the library. As I was coming back after running errands in the city I just dropped in at the library to look up. The basic idea was to make sure that the person whom I thought was a feeler was in deed a feeler.

AT IT AGAIN !

On august 30, 2013 at about noon time I rang up 472-2882027 to complain to the kseb vellanad of power failure. I could hear the kseb staff on the line from the other side speaking to me but he was not able to hear me. I disconnected and dialed again and got the same response – my speech was not getting to the other side.. 

I tried a Trivandrum number immediately after this and the conversation went smoothly – this time there was no problem of my voice not reaching the other end. That means there was nothing wrong with my telephone instrument or phone line. 

I dialed the cell numbers of the KSEB engineers, was able to get through to the aruvikkara kseb that way and I was told that the power line has been switched off as there was some work going o. - I got the information that I wanted..

Later in the afternoon I rang up KSEB vellanad 2882027 again. This time they could hear me ( I had already got the information that I wanted.).. The staff member on duty could remember the two or three calls he attended earlier on that day where there was no response from the party calling and he had put the phone down; he also assured me that there was no problem with their telephone.

Now that both my telephone and the called phone were cleared the flaw has to be somewhere in between. If the line was faulty the speech from the other side would not have reached me. So what remains between my home phone 2802028 and the called telephone 2882027 of the KSEB vellanad is the BSNL exchange.

NEW AVENUE

I am aware that here is no way I can produce hard proof for the instances I have mentioned above and rest assured no body would vouch for the truth of what I say. That opens up a new avenue.

Don't you think it is all the delusions of a diseased mind and the things that I mentioned above do not exist in reality? You can always say that the message of stopping the services due to non-payment was not there at all. And hearing voices is typical of major psychoses!

Way back in the noughties when the genius, dr. sujathan a police surgeon of Thiruvananthapuram medical college in his effort to frame me cooked up a report to establish that it is all due to “mental unsoundness harbouring jyothi” the “intelligentsia” of thiruvananthapuram telecom had chipped in with corroborative evidence. 

Birds of the same feather flock together – sujatha had met the telecom on the issue or they went and met sujatha; but sujatha never came anywhere near me and the whole “enquiry” was carried out by remote access.

What a pity, all those efforts were in vain. But dont worry. Here is another chance.

that was a “manyan” ( gentleman ) of the locality lamenting while I was passing by. 

The innocent lambs here are desperate and the local gentry here under the auspices of the local body are making a similar effort to the one by sujathan and co – all geniuses think on the same line.

Thiruvananthapuram telecom ought to extend a helping hand like they did the last time and be the saviour of the damsels in distress; please meet the “member”.

PS: Incidentally in the evening of 20130827 there was a strange number 1409809003 on my caller id at 1749 hrs and the same number was seen again on the morning of 28.8.2013 at 0911hrs. A similar number 1409809001 appeared on 28.8.2013 at 1853hrs. 

The similarity in the numerals of these numbers made me suspect their genuineness and I tried dialing them. I was right - they were fake; the reply from the system was that these numbers do not exist. Could it be these are the unlisted numbers allotted to the IBileezes !

just to inconvenience me; I am supposed to get a call from the insurance company to verify my whereabouts for renewing my vehicle insurance.

the crux of the matter is that the "intelligentsia" wants to make communications only on media that a foolish fellow like me cannot reproduce.

 if you are an "intelligent"  person and you tell me something on the phone and i later quote it saying that you told me so you can always say that you the intelligent person never said such a thing and that me the mad man is talking gibberish. you are an intelligent person and i is a fool, i are mad, vagairah, vagairah . . . .

and so your word goes and i will look the real fool that i am.

and that is why i dont take unidentified telephone calls. i attend calls from those sources which i can identify as sober human beings and not from the indian peppatteees or their pimps for that matter.

a call coming with NO CLI as far as i am concerned is from a crook .

so kindly bear with me. 

that way i might miss out a call that matters - but i dont care. 

in the present case either the company will renew the insurance without my attending the call or i will transfer the insurance to one of the many insurance companies in thiruvananthapuram rather than doing it online with maruti insurance.

this is the very same number that showed NO CLI yesterday, calling - it is my edition of cell phone a wireless usb modem that can double up as a cell phone, but only when connected to the computer.- it can receive sms all through which under normal conditions will be delivered to me when i next connect the device to a computer.

now what is the secret of this reappearance of the caller ID ? here is what happened.

I telephoned the nedumangad exchange ans this time for once someone at the exchange attended the call. i told the person of  the caller id facility being taken off; and within no time I found that the facility has been restored.

How come ?

Most likely reason is that this particular person is a new comer and has not been primed by the gestapi ( gestapo + indian = gestapi )
